The Men’s Health Roundtable is set to take place on November 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 400 Bragg Hill Drive, Fredericksburg, VA. The event, themed “Conversations & Connections for Healthier Living,” will bring together health professionals and community leaders for an engaging discussion on men’s physical and mental wellness.
Featured panelists include Dr. Iyeke Igbe, Internist at MW Health Center; Everett Foxx, Principal at Oasis Retirement Services; Paul Gregory, an accomplished Ironman athlete; Kevin Mihlfeld, International Ministry Consultant; and Dr. Rosario, Psychiatrist with Clear Horizon. Together, they will explore practical strategies for achieving balance and longevity through medical insight, fitness, faith, and mental health awareness.
