The Wellness Connection Community Power Chat

Fredericksburg residents are invited to join “The Wellness Connection: A Community Power Chat” — a dynamic, interactive event focused on understanding the deep links between trauma, grief, and mental health. Hosted by Yet Stand, Inc., this community-centered gathering aims to provide education, support, and empowerment through meaningful discussions and practical wellness tools.

The event will take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library – Fredericksburg Branch, located at 1201 Caroline Street, Room 2 (Lower Level). Participants can look forward to real talk, engaging activities, food, and soothing stretches, all designed to promote holistic healing and connection.
